• You are not required to download any software or have Inteleviewer installed on your device.*
• You can access patient reports and images anywhere, anytime and on any device that can connect to the internet by simply visiting https://pacs.nsw.i-med.com.au/Portal/app and entering your username and password.
• If requested by you, we can send you instant email notifications of patient reports once signed by our radiologist or reports flagged as critical. The benefits to you:
  -          We are able to prompt you of critical findings in a timely manner.
  -          Our radiologists can increase their level of meaningful communication with you without encroaching on your valuable time.
  -          You have the ability to acknowledge critical results so we can be confident you are aware of the findings. Note – this is not to replace Radiologist / Physician phone contact but to complement it.
• Easy access to key images flagged by our radiologists, which means you don’t have to scroll through multiple images to access those most relevant to the report.
• Easier, unrestricted search for patients you have referred, with the ability to launch Inteleviewer and open all images with one click (only possible on Windows when using Internet explorer).
